Terms of use

Sideline Studio is made by Spaikz LLC. Last updated October 7, 2026.

These terms apply when you use Sideline Studio on the web, iPhone, iPad or Android. By signing in you agree to them and to our Privacy policy. If you got the app from the Apple App Store, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies; if anything here conflicts with it, Apple's agreement wins for the iOS app.

Sideline Studio Pro

• Pro unlocks all of Sideline Studio. Prices in other countries and currencies are shown before you buy and may include tax.
• The free trial is for new subscribers. If you don't cancel at least 24 hours before it ends, your plan starts and you're charged.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the same price and length until you cancel. You're charged within 24 hours before each period ends.
• Cancel any time, at least 24 hours before the current period ends: on iPhone in Settings → your name → Subscriptions; on Android in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions; on the web from the account menu in the app (Manage subscription). You keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for.
• Refunds for App Store and Google Play purchases are handled by Apple and Google under their policies. For web purchases, email support@spaikz.com within 14 days of a charge and we'll refund it.
• Your subscription follows your sign-in, so it works on every device where you sign in with the same Apple or Google account. If we ever change the price, we'll tell you first, and the stores may ask you to agree.

Your photos and what you post

• Your photos and the posters you make are yours. We don't receive them and claim no rights to them.
• Only use photos, names and logos you have the right to use. Get permission from the people in your photos, or from their parents or guardians if they're minors, before you share them.
• Team, league and club names and logos belong to their owners. Sideline Studio isn't affiliated with or endorsed by any league or club.
• Don't use Sideline Studio to make anything unlawful, hateful, harassing, or that breaks the rules of the places you post it.

The app

• We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use Sideline Studio. Don't copy, resell, or reverse-engineer it, or try to get Pro without paying.
• The automatic player cut-out is done by AI on your device and won't always be perfect. Check your posters before you post them.
• We keep improving the app, so features may change. We can suspend accounts that break these terms.
• You can stop using Sideline Studio and delete your account at any time (see Support).

No warranty, and limits on liability

Sideline Studio is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, as far as the law allows. To the extent the law allows, Spaikz LLC isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us for Sideline Studio in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be waived.

Changes

We may update these terms. We'll change the date above and, for significant changes, let you know in the app. Using the app after a change means you accept the new terms.
